"Basic accommodation in a great location. We had a private bathroom which made life easier, the shared kitchen is a nice touch but a kettle in the room would have been a God send. Check in was easy enough and the girl who met us was lovely. That said she was the only member of staff we saw during our 4 night stay, not that this was a problem for us. "Apartment in terrible condition. Door handles hanging off and didn't work, toilet wouldn't flush, windows didn't shut fully or lock so lots of traffic noise. Dirt on the ceiling above the shower. Was filthy, mouldy and smelly throughout and agent requested an additional £40 cleaning fee in advance. One towel that was dry and crusty. "

"Middle floor bathroom ran out of loo roll, was mouldy, and had no pole for the shower head to be held in. Lower floor had no loo roll. Bedroom was old and a bit knackered and it was a mattress not worthy of a student pad. The communal areas are filthy, despite being charged a “cleaning fee”. Room had three electric heaters on the floor, two of which are wall mount heaters. Floor had holes where the wood had separated. I’m truly shocked this site has this as an option."
