"We got in later but we still found parking. Easy to find. Room was very warm but we opened the window. Shower had great pressure. Comfortable bed and slept well. Nice hotel, recommend!"

"It was a good stay. Very friendly and accommodating staff. However, the hot water boiler failed twice, so we had no hot water for a few hours on two days. "

"I’ve stayed at Dublin One probably over 10 times by now as I frequently visit Dublin for work. In the past I’ve stayed mostly in Double rooms which were good, this time I had to stay at Triple room. The room felt a bit tired. Probably needs repainting. The desk is too small to work on it, very important for business traveller. Also their breakfast in the past was much better, the a la carte one. "I can not say enough how fantastic this accommodation / location / staff were. Lisa was amazing with helping me sort issues with booking through Expedia (i will definitely book direct with them next time, but thank you Lisa, only for you i would have been lost. Simon the manager, what can i say, the customer service, helpfulness, kindness was second to none. Really really appreciate how you looked after us. Thank you so much. Fantastic service all round, highly recommend and will be returning....
