Price was very good if compared to a hotel in a big city but this was much nicer and keeps the charm of assisi. You can also use a common area that has a table, but it is shared with others staying there. The checkout is actually 10am, not 2pm as listed and a person entered our rooms at 10:30 to start cleaning. The breakfast included is at a train station that you need to drive to but without parking.
