"Esperienza più che positiva. Tutto perfetto, proprietaria gentilissima, pulizia ottima, colazione abbondante con buoni dolci casalinghi e location immersa nel verde a due passi dalla bellissima Spello !!! Consigliatissima x rilassarsi e rigenerarsi....speriamo di riuscire a tornare in moto x trascorrere qualche giorno in tranquillità nella splendida Umbria !!!"

"There are awards from 20 years ago hanging around, I guess this is when the hotel got its four stars. Since then the building got pretty shabby, especially the bathrooms. The breakfast is the only thing that matches the stars claim, I’d say. We received no “parking instructions” message like other Italian hotels send couple of days in advance, and it’s badly needed! On the positive side - good location, comfortable beds, air conditioning. "

"From the moment we arrived, we knew we had chosen the perfect place for our getaway. The house is beautiful, with every detail thoughtfully prepared as if you are staying with your family. "Check-in was nice and we were greeted with a warm welcome. There is no-where to get lunch however and the restaurant is closed on a Monday night which we weren't aware of, so had to drive out to get food in Spello near by. We had drinks around the pool which were slightly higher in price then we were expecting and had paid at similar properties. The rooms were spacious enough and clean, the "living room" was just a table and a chair and seemed a bit cold and pointless as a useable area...

"We, a family of four, stayed at this lovely villa for one week, during the end of July and beginning of August. The place is stunning and had a wonderful pool area, trampoline and a football game for the kids. We had our rooms on the second floor and were able to use the downstairs kitchten which had everything you needed. During our stay it was very hot (35-39 degrees) and even though there were fans in our rooms it was not enough, AC would have given this place a full score. Other than that,...

"I had the most incredible week at this location. I thought not being in the center of town would be complicated, but everything was within walking distance and there are bikes if needed to have a shorter trip in town. The hosts were incredible. The grounds were incredible. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to get away to Spello or the surrounding area."

"This was our second visit to Cuore Verde and it was just as fabulous as the first. Highly recommended."

"This is a nicely located accommodation near a number of historic buildings, the Medievel city wall, the Roman acqueduct, and several monasteries. The views from the house and garden were breath taking. The furnishings were very comfortable and interesting with an artisitic flare. There was lots of room, while quiet and private, yet conveniently located. We would love to return here on our next trip to Spello.."
