"The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. It benefits from being on a corner so the breeze flows through the apartment on a hot day. The air conditioning in the bedroom is a welcome addition and the bed was very comfortable. We really liked Speightstown. "As the website (now) says, this is actually 2 separate 2-bed en suite apartments. We (2 single friends) only had the downstairs one, which was beautifully clean and well-maintained, with excellent air-con, a good size kitchen area, and a good, shady, outside patio area. There is no sea view from there, and upstairs it is minimal and distant, so you won't see or hear waves crashing on the shore, which I had hoped for! "The property is just a short walk from Heywoods beach and a lovely bar called the Cabose which serves fantastic cutters, the property is very comfortable but would benefit from having aircon throughout, also a little tired in places a lick of paint would sort that out.
