"Worked perfectly for 4 adults 3 teenagers and one 10 year old for us while we were in Spearfish for a weekend soccer tournament. Much better than a couple of hotel rooms. We made breakfast two mornings and supper one evening while staying here. Plenty of cookware and utensils. Beds were comfortable and so were the couches. Nice to have 2 bathroom and showers as well!"

"My family stayed here for a Terry Peak ski trip. Very clean and nice amenities. My kids loved the hot tub. Plenty of space and the heated garage was awesome. Close drive to Terry Peak, the city of Lead, and Deadwood. I would highly recommend this rental and property owner! "

"Great location. Hot tub was hot and clean. Well stocked kitchen. Good amount of amenities including extra linens and towels. Garage is setup for games which was nice. Does have keurig in kitchen. Only complaint was squeaky whine noise in basement when water was used in house. "

"We had people from ages 1-82 stay at the motherload and everyone enjoyed their stay. Very clean, and very comfortable for an entire extended family to stay. "
