"Perfect location near the cobblestoned village with cute stores and cafes all around. The decor is beautiful and elegant. Everything is clean and tidy. Comfortable beds and very friendly and polite staff. Good wifi connection. The free bike rentals need some love. Half of them need air in the tires or their brakes fixed. Make sure You get a good one. We were able to get a free one for a friend who was staying at an Airbnb near by. They were nice enough to let us have them for the day while we waited for our check in time. Free breakfast was wonderful. A huge arrangement to choose from; multiple types of cheese and breads, scrambled eggs, sunshine up eggs, sausage, bacon, fruit, yogurt, cereals, I was pleasantly surprised at the options. And the rooftop terrace where it was served was spectacular, we watched the sunrise with our breakfast. A lovely place to stay. Highly recommend."

The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and decorated beautifully, with everything you could want, including a washing machine and a full kitchen. Our host was welcoming and so helpful. The location is perfect as well. And it’s so reasonably priced. We cannot wait to come back! "

"We had a wonderful week. We stayed in Villa 2, fully equipped and a big plus with its own swimming pool. Very nice and neatly decorated. Clean and everything available for a wonderful holiday. Everyone at Sezian was very friendly and helpful. The airport is about half an hour by car, Preveza Harbor about 10 minutes, a great place to enjoy a delicious meal on the boulevard or in the cozy narrow streets. In short, a perfect place for a holiday in peace, but with hustle and bustle a short distance away. Thank you Tonia and everyone else from Sezian for this new wonderful memory. "

"Realy nice place"

"The room and private pool/patio were lovely & comfortable, especially the lounge furniture on the patio. But it was impossible to get to the nice seating area below this and closer to the sea unless you went through your pool. The small complex of 4 rooms is built into the hillside, so you must descend 2 flights of stairs. We are elderly & appreciated the elevator! Excellent breakfast, which is delivered. Small kitchenette with dishes, kettle, microwave. Better signage needed to find this small hotel nestled between other holiday houses, but a staff person arranges to meet you there and they readily communicate by text during your stay. This is a beautiful area of Greece and feels very peaceful. It is lovely to look past the blue light of the pool at night to see the lights of Palairos across the water. The sun rises directly across from the large glass doors, which is pretty but heats the room up quite a bit (use the ceiling fan!)."
