"I know traveling during the holiday can be hectic. Coming from PA to visit family it is my first time In Spartanburg, South Carolina. The hotel staff I met Tina, Ang the manager and Brit were all super friendly and patient. The room I had is pretty spacious, bed is super comfortable. The room I had didn’t come with a microwave which I prefer in case of late night craving but it’s okay. I will know next time. I do want mention, housekeeping should add 2-3 toiletries items in case of running out,...

"I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to open the door when I arrived to check in to the property at 11pm, It was freezing outside. Otherwise everything was great"

"The staff was very welcoming. Our room was comfortable and clean. We had difficulty warming up the room however the staff were very attentive and fixed the problem. Nice bar and lounge. Restaurant was OK, very convenient. "
