"The room we got had bugs all over. Floor was not clean at all!! 2 bugs flew towards me.dead bugs on the floor. Glad that we got transferred the next day to a different room because there’s a leak downstairs when we showered.because of that thankfully we got a bit decent room than the first the 2nd day of our stay.or else we will just move out. Air conditioning is worst.Glad that it was cold outside so we just used the fan instead of cooling."

"We had a great stay, the food was good, the beds were comfortable, and staff friendly. However, our bathroom had a hair clip and dirt behind the vanity, the water pressure in the shower was not the greatest- I have short hair and it took a while to get the shampoo out of it. The pillows were not the greatest, so we didn't sleep as well as we would have hoped. "

"The room was exactly what I needed. A comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The continental breakfast was awesome with a wake maker. I had never used one and had a hard time figuring out how to get the batter to the iron. The desk clerk showed me the cups above the maker for that. Very good service. "

"The room was clean, linens clean, bed comfortable, tub including jets clean & maintained. All around we was happy with the room and at a great price too. You can tell they’ve been working to make updates and upgrades to all the rooms. The gentleman I talked to to check in was super nice and got things done even with his busy schedule tending to several other guest he got us taken care of and answered our questions. I won’t dog on the place but feel I still should warn about the breakfast set up. First off the restaurant that serves the breakfast allows smoking in it so if you can’t handle smoke avoid it (took everything for me to stay). Second the regulars will always come first by the server and by the cook or it’s how it was when we stayed. I was very specific with my order due to food allergies and sensitivity yet one of the things I said Do Not Put on my plate but on a Seperate plate to go to my husband and watched my server write it all down was right on my veggie omelet. So there went half my omelet because it wasn’t safe for me to eat and after waiting an hour and a half I wasn’t going to ask for them to fix it. Server walked by us 6 times before we could get her attention for a coffee refill and request a water that was grossly chlorinated. Our server never came back to offer a refill or anything. So I would recommend the Hotel but look for an alternative for meals. "
