"We needed a quick overnight stay for the Ark encounter and we’re happy to find a hotel that can sleep a family of 6. Very nice, clean facilities. The sofa bed was not that comfortable but the beds were perfect. Breakfast was included for our stay with a decent variety. "

"The breakfast items were the same every day--scrambled eggs, sausage links, and make-your-own waffles, etc. It seems there could have been more variety in the items for the hot breakfast, but at least it wasn't carbs only! It seemed to be clean, and the refrigerator also had a real freezer section! The A/C unit in our room was noisy when it turned on and off, but earplugs helped moderate that noise. Our room on the top floor was reasonably quiet. Overall, our stay was good."

"The property is dated and it appears the upkeep has been unprofessional. Having said that the breakfast was very standard and the managers were friendly and helpful. It is a short walk to the Ark Experience which saved money on parking. The price was fair making this a value stay. If one is not picky I’d recommend it. We were happy with our stay."
