Nestled in one of the quietest coves of Lake Sinclair, Loblolly Retreat offers the combination of comfort and beauty with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The quiet cove makes for perfect swimming and relaxing days.

Loblolly Retreat is on a level lot making lake access easy.
The home boasts an open floor plan with natural light and unobstructed views of the lake. Enjoy our newly built covered dock with lounge area and fire pit nearby!

Loblolly Retreat is a lakefront getaway through and through. The home is set on a level lake front lot allowing for easy access to the lake.


BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS:

Loblolly Retreat comfortable sleeps 12 guests with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.

Primary Bedroom (Main Floor): King bed with en suite bathroom featuring garden tub, shower and walk in closet.

Bedroom 2 (2nd Floor): 1 Queen bed & 1 Full bed with bathroom and walk in closet.

Bedroom 3 (Lower Floor): 2 Queen Bed with closet

Bedroom 4 (Lower Level) Bunk bed (Full over Queen)

Full Bathroom 2: Bathroom with bath/tub combo.

Lower level features secondary living area and fully stocked kitchen.

Main level features living room, kitchen, dining area, 1/2 bathroom and laundry room.


ENTERTAINMENT/OUTDOOR LIVING:

Enjoy multiple games including: Axe throwing, board games & air hockey.

Relax fireside at our fire pit.

Enjoy the breeze from the lake in our screened porch with dining set.


DOCK:

Our dock is recently built and is a max dock. The dock is partially covered and partially open. The covered area features a sitting area with fire feature. The uncovered area has lounge chairs for you to enjoy the quiet lake life. Relax knowing your boat and jet ski are protected by our quiet cove.

Best Lakehouse On Sinclair
We had an amazing time at Loblolly Retreat. The house was immaculate, nice touches all around and we didn’t want to leave. Everything you need is onsite. The industrial ice maker was a game changer. We are already looking at dates to come back soon!

Lakeside Paradise
We stayed here over the 4th of July Weekend. The owner was extremely helpful and informative about renting a boat and responded quickly to any messages or questions we had. The lake house was phenomenal! It was clean and well kept with great attention to details. It had hotel style amenities and provided everything we needed. The kids loved jumping off the dock into the lake and playing the yard games provided while we lounged in the shade on the dock. Overall, it was a perfect lake house that comfortably accommodated our two families (of 4 each) and we would highly recommend. Great memories were made. We will definitely be back!
