"Really enjoyed the area. The Sparks Marina has a lot to offer. The apt complex is fantastic. I rent a lot through VRBO and never haveI put in a complaint regarding a rental. This is way out of my character but this was soooo unacceptable I need the OWNERS to be aware of these shortcomings. Checkin was not acceptable, We we’re approved for a 2:00 checkin and couldn’t access the apt until 4:20, regular checkin was at 3:00. We had perishables that needed to be refrigerated but the frig was...

"We stayed for a week and it is small, but ok for a short stay. Not many kitchen utensils or cooking needs (coffee filters, towels, things to tidy up), not much outside space for dogs, can hear people in the hallway"

"Everything was perfect. The host is a great communicator. Later in our first day he checked to see if we needed anything but nope, the unit, supplies, and cleanliness were perfect. The bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again should our travels bring us this way. "

"This is a very attractive, well appointed little downstairs apartment. The beds were extremely comfortable, We had all of the amenities that we could need, a darling little porch upstairs that we sat and had breakfast at, and little thoughtful touches throughout… Snacks, shampoo, conditioner, etc. Could not be happier about the location, Sweet little tree lined street. Will definitely be back. "

"We were in town for AAU Basketball tournaments at the Convention Center. It was a ways a way from downtown but was nice and quiet and peaceful after a long day. Would stay here again."

"This could have been a great six person place to stay but it is really only set up for 4. There are two very nice bedrooms with bath, and a non-functioning two person blow up mattress. There was only 4 seats at the table, 4 places to sit in the living area, 4 bowls, and 4 sets of silverware. This could be easily rendered with upgrades to the living room (pullout bed) but until then, if you have more than 4 people, I don't recommend it. I'd also emailed the owner when we arrived letting them...

"This stay was one of the most enjoyable my husband and I have experienced in a long time. This house is adorable, beyond clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The owner is very charming and a wonderful hostess. Highly recommend this lovely little house anytime!"

"This was a great stay. The location is fantastic. Close to lots of shops, coffee, bars, and restaurants. All within walking distance. I was working in downtown Reno, and this was a great location. Unit was just the right size for us. Thanks for hosting us!"
