From parking the car, there is good few steps up to the chalet and it's fantastic position overlooking the most spectacular sea and mountain views. "Villa Clizia is a lovely place to stay near the beach and now with the option of using a fully fenced swimming pool that is shared with the owner's place behind. Unfortunately the palm tree is no more. Cannigione is a nice, quiet, unpretentious town in the amazing north of Sardinia. Laconia is a 15 minute walk from Cannigione and has at least three good restaurants and a very nice beach."

"A very nice house, great location, nice view. Sadly I injured myself 2 hours after my arrival as a beach chair leg dropped and I hit my back on a bar, ended up going to the hospital the next day. The host was very attentive ( even bringing me to the clinic himself, they then transferred me by ambulance as I couldn’t walk on my own). The fact that I was bedridden for the whole week really diminished my appreciation of the place but it’s a fluke accident that could happen to anyone. As for the...

"A beautiful extremely quiet and private location with breathtaking views. A cosy house with a number of areas to sit and read, the pictures do not do it full justice. The external area is very well designed and the summer kitchen has everything you need. The large pool is excellent for both exercise and relaxing. It is well placed to explore the Corse-du-Sud we went to the local beaches snorkeling, walking in the mountains, cannyoning and a boat trip from Bonifacio. We had a fantastic holiday...

"Warning- the directions and address do not lead you to the house. The name of the house is not provided. The instructions lead you to the beach and not the house. We had to use google earth and find it by the shape of the swimming pool. But the view was worth it and we had a lovely stay."

We enjoyed being able to go directly from the property into the water, even if the access over the stones is not so easy, especially with some waves.
