"+ House big enough + Terrace really nice + Calm and quiet neighborhood + View from the top of the hill - Everywhere only with car (10-20 minutes reach to everywhere) - A bit hot without airconditioning (I can´t sleep in very hot environment, so this is a small minus)"

"Wat een mooie rustige plaats om er te verblijven en om vanuit het huisje een stukje Sardinië te ontdekken. Of om lekker te lezen op een van terassen. De temperatuur was deze week uitzonderlijk hoog, maar desondanks veel gezien en lekker geluierd. Angelique is een hele lieve gastvrouw die trots is op haar domein en dat uitdraagt en haar paradijs wil delen. Een aanrader.... Absoluut!!"

"An absolutely fantastic stay at Fabiana's place in rural northern Sardinia. The space is huge, very comfortable, with private outdoor space and a large veranda. While very warm (especially in July) the space was so comfortable we did not mind, and was a great place to relax, read, listen to music, with lots to do nearby, including beautiful beaches 25 mins drive away, and local fruit/vegetable shops to get food to eat out in the sun. A brilliant stay, and we'd definitely return next time...

"Nur 1 Meckerpunkt: Lorenzo, der Housekeeper hat einen großen,starken Kampfhund, der oft alleine auf dem Parkplatz rumlief. Für uns mit unserem 6 kg Hund war das ziemlich beängstigend."

"Öffnen und schliessen der Tür zur Veranda ist nur mit grossem Kraftaufwand möglich. Das Gebell der beiden Hunde vom Nachbar hat uns in der Nacht immer wieder mal aufgeweckt. Auch die Sauberkeit dürfte besser sein, das betrifft die dunklen Wände im Badezimmer, die mit vielen Fingerabdrücken versehen waren. Auf dem Boden im Wohnraum lagen viele kurze schwarze Haare, vermutlich Hundehaare. In Anbetracht der doch hohen Endreinigungskosten, erwarten wir in dieser Disziplin mehr."

"Don’t be seduced by the pool or view. There are no bins as you have to take away your own rubbish although they give your a barcode to dispose of it. There is no air-con and it is quite dirty as you can see in the pictures. Also no wifi in the property but we were told we could access it outside by using the code in reception but its really slow when working. The kitchen area was small and quite unuseable and also you are not provided with any cloths, detergent or tea towels to clean up with but...

"Most everything was great but for a busy upscale hotel no wifi except the lobby ? Time to upgrade when you’re in your room is where you need it !! Pretty tough to do anything without wifi these days!! I’m pretty sure they are making enough money to afford better wifi service "
