"Wir haben uns sehr wohl im Apartment gefühlt. Es ist neu renoviert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die antiken Möbel sind einfach klasse. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es war alles da: Duschgel, Waschpulver, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, LED-Fernseher mit DVD-Player inkl. 2 Filme, verschiedene Tee-Sorten und und und. Die Wohnung liegt zwar etwas außerhalb, dafür aber ruhig. Die nächste Tram-Haltestelle ist keine 350m entfernt, so dass man in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum ist. Kostenlose Parkplätze...

"Hard to find but the staff kindly came to meet us and directed to the apartmemt and car park. We didn't catch her name, but she was very pleasant and very helpful. Top notch for staff helpfulness. The apartment is new with functional kitchen and a nice bathroom. Unfortuate the building is in middle of 2 buildings which are stilll underconstruction. A lot of dust get into our room, and construction noise starts quite early. Alsi there is no air-con, just a couple of small fans. It was so hot...

"cet appartement a très largement contribué au succès de notre week-end à Vienne. il est très spacieux, très joliment décoré, très lumineux, avec une charmante terrasse, et une chouette vue sur un jardin et au loin, les collines entourant Vienne. il est très fonctionnel. il est à 10 min de marche d'une station qui vous conduit en 12 minutes au centre de Vienne. quartier très calme "

"Als wohl letzte Gäste in diesem Jahr haben wir die Wohnung für eine Woche gemietet und es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend, die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt werden könnte und die tolle Terrasse ließ uns doch etwas den Sommer zurückwünschen. Herzlichen Dank!"

"The apartment was super clean and bed was super comfortable! It’s outside of the city center but a five minute walk to the tram which runs often and connects in to the metro to get into city center in 15-25 minutes. Close to a grocery store which was handy. "
