"We truly enjoyed our stay at Sanctuary cottage. The house was exactly as described. We had 3 couples the first week and 2 couples the following weeks. Plenty of room for more. We cook all our meals and the kitchen was perfect for this task. Beds were super comfy. My Son said it was the most comfortable beds he has slept in yet. The back yard was amazing. Spa like waterfall, outdoor kitchen with sink and refrigerator. Gas grill to cook all those yummy lobster tails. Pool was beautiful and refreshing. Great for days when it’s too windy at the beach or great to cool off after the beach. I spent way too much time napping and reading on the outside couch. We had a few gatherings with our friends also vacationing on island.. Everyone was very impressed with its beauty. Did I mention it also has a cabana with a toilet and shower? Great for an outdoor shower. Rachael, the manager was wonderful. She met us at the dock and was easy to reach with any questions. This is our sixth rental in 10 years on Spanish wells and it is one our favorite. Also, it’s an quick walk out the back of the property to the amazing North shore beach. Enjoy!"

"As others have written, this house is incredible. No matter what the weather is, the view of the water cannot be beat. Plenty to do here and also easy to just relax.House was cleanest of any house I've rented. Donna (previsit) and Rhonda (on island) communicate well and help with anything we needed.If you're thinking about renting this house, definitely do it!"

"This property is a small gem! Cozy for 2 people with everything you need. We like to cook our meals and found no problems there. The area is quiet and your private beach is extremely private and beautiful. With shallow white sandy beach, better than the pictures!One must in a vacation is having a good night sleep, and the bed and pillows in the cottage are absolutely wonderful!It is a bit away from the center of Spanish wells where stores and restaurants are, but having the golf cart included is extremely useful. But one of the best restaurants in the island is literally 2 doors down, right on the beach, with good food, drinks and music. We came here to treat ourselves to rest and relaxation, and coral cove cottage delivered!!Communication with April and Tyson was excellent!Highly recommend!"

"We stayed there the week of Superbowl & Valentines. There is a restaurant attached and they had all kinds of special events for the occasion. Its family owned and was really nice every morning when we got back from a run we were able to talk with the owner Tiffany. Tiffany is very kind & helpful. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. From Brandi picking us up at the dock to take us to the house to April replacing the golf cart flat tire within an hour and we were back in business. We also enjoyed a half day on Tyman Charters. Got along great with the captain."
