An untouched island escape where tranquil seas and spectacular skies calm the soul and recharge the spirit.This seaside villa offers guests modern comfort while allowing them to explore the unspoiled natural beauty of the sparkling waters and powdery white sands just steps away.

The main floor offers “open plan” living with ocean views in every direction. The spacious and well-equipped kitchen is sure to bring culinary aspirations to life and the expandable dining table accommodates both small and large gatherings. Contemporary furnishings bring family & friends together for comfortable indoor games and entertainment. Stepping outside to the 36 foot long covered front porch, guests can enjoy outdoor dining or lounging as they take in mesmerizing views of the spectacular surroundings.

Each of the four dedicated bedrooms (two on the main level and two upstairs) offer queen sized beds, flat screen TVs, air-conditioning, ample closet and storage space and en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has its own private balcony with unmatched ocean views. Upstairs, a large entertainment room/den easily doubles as a fifth bedroom with a queen sized pull-out couch.

On-site amenities include kayaks, snorkeling gear, lounge chairs, beach umbrellas, a hammock, and beach toys. A full laundry, bathroom, an indoor shower, two outdoor showers, and large 18’ x 24’ covered patio on the ground floor for added convenience.

This house is just wonderful. This was our second time staying here and we will definitely return! The house is very clean, decorated very nicely, and extremely well equipped. The view is unbelievable! Hosts Donna and Rhonda were so very helpful and attentive.

Went with 5 couples for a 40th birthday party...the place was perfect! Everything we needed. Donna & Rhonda took care of everything we needed and were extremely nice. This was our second trip to Spanish Wells - and second time staying at Sea Oats. This is such a special place, and the location and quality of the home is unmatched. Donna and Rhonda are beyond helpful with everything, from transportation to connecting you with locals for things to do. We will be back again next year.

Beautiful house, lots of amenities, best location on the beach. We couldn’t have asked for more! Golf cart rental (pick-up and drop-off) was a breeze. Rhonda (the house manager) was a rock star! She carted our luggage from the ferry dock and back, she was available for all questions, and offered her assistance. It was just the best vacation! Only regret is not staying longer!

Best location on Spanish Wells
Secluded location on the beach side of the island…. Ideal outdoor patio and seating area, large indoor spaces for our group of 3 couples. Well stocked kitchen with all of the cookware and tools needed for us to hole up for a week or more without visiting any restaurants. Great place and we’ll be thinking of it for the next year until we return.

Wonderful stay
This is the perfect house on Spanish Well. Wonderful beach location and close into town but still very private. Rhonda was very responsive and helpful. The house was updated, clean, and well stocked. We had a little one and we used the utility sink to bathe her which worked perfectly. My only recommendation would be update the beach chairs:)

Paradise
This is a stunning waterfront property with all of the amenities that you will need. The island is not your typical over developed tourist destination. It is a small,tranquil island that is perfect for relaxing and rewinding. We spent our days on the beach and our evenings at one of the local restaurants. Donna and Rhonda helped with all taxi and golf cart reservations prior to arrival. Donna even referred us to a local masseuse named Lucia, who came to the property with equipment in toe and gave 6 massages in one day! We definitely will return! Thanks to all.

Weekend Getaway in Spanish Wells
The experience was great. Private house with great updated finishes and layout with direct beach access. Minimal foot or vehicle traffic so it gives the feel of a private secluded beach. Host was great, responsive, and answered all our questions and concerns in a fast courteous manner. Would stay again.
