"The night desk person was very good, nice and polite. The room was good, clean and comfortable. The BIG problem was that nowhere on Expedia or on the reservation form did it say "NO PETS ALLOWED". If I had known that, i would have gone elsewhere. I don't mind paying extra for my small, very well behaved dog, but to make a non-refundable reservation and to see when I arrive at the front door to see a big sign that says "NO PETS ALLOWED" is rude and borders on false advertising. "Beautiful location. Quiet and the stars were amazing! Hot tub was really nice also. Kitchen was small so we had to do some creative timing to prepare Thanksgiving dinner for 35, not all 35 were staying in the house. Could have used some more towels in the bathrooms and for the hot tubs. Also, you really need four wheel drive in the winter. Other than that we had a nice time. "
