"The city centre is within walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is marvellous, choose between continental, cooked or both. The hotel is on the main road, so during school and home time it is very busy and you can hear the cars, but at night it is very quiet. My room is number 22, on the front door, also on the road, and I could hear all the noises, from the very early baggage landings and cars. "To be honest, the reception was great, the room generally clean and tidy, although the sheet on the double bed didn't fit and only just covered the top of the mattress. We had dinner in the bistro, as we had a dog with us. He was welcome to stay with us, but we could only eat in the bar area. This was fine as on a Friday evening there was hardly anyone in the bar area. The food was fantastic and there was plenty of it."
