"Only thing I would like to see different is make the beds and pillows more comfortable. All pillows were flat and the mattress was hard. Mattress toppers would be excellent if added. I woke up hurting. "

"Our stay was pretty nice. Check in was a little on the rude side. The young lady checking us in was not feeling well and was needing to leave. She had signed out of her computer and told a worker named Mike, she had signed out of computer. He took no initiative to accommodate her or us. He rudely told her he didnt care, to log back in computer and help us. It was so unprofessional and I felt sorry for the young lady. She did and got us taken care but for a bit, it really ticked me off. Glad none...

"I had set my sights high with this location, splurging on a suite. The room was clean, quiet and afforded me the privacy I was looking for. That being said, I wasnt overly impressed with the site. The kitchenette was lacking in counter space, the couch seemed to be missing its back cushions, the toilet was so short I felt like it was more suited for a nursery, the ice machine on my floor was broken, the ironing board was broken.. it seemed like my room had seen better days.
