I accidentally dropped a necklace down the sink drain and she went out of her way to find the tools to retrieve it for me. And loved the washer and dryer facility. Great shopping in the area, too. I was greatly surprised at how big our room was how quiet and how comfortable it turned out to be. Other than hearing the casino at check-in we could have easily been anywhere. And it was nice to wake up to views of barge traffic on the river! "
