Went for a grand canyon trip and it was centrally located close to there, about an hour and a half out, and sedona was 44 minutes so it was perfect. "

"Stayed here a couple of times on my way to Sedona. Each visit has been great! Staff is helpful and friendly. Beds are very comfortable! I really enjoyed the lobby fireplace seating and complimentary warm cookies upon arrival. "

"The property is in the process of being remodeled. It did appear that they were doing everything they could to make stays comfortable. My biggest complaint was there was no ground level entry. You have to go in the back door and down a small flight of stairs, walk the entire length of the lower level to get to the check in desk. I am disabled and if I had known that we might have stayed at a different property."

"We have stayed at this hotel multiple times. It is a favorite of ours. My only "beef" is the hidden fees associated with your reservation. While Expedia does mention there may be added fees when you check in, Why is this such a secret? It appears you are getting a great deal, when in fact it ends up being $15-$20 more than you were quoted. Just be upfront so that it is clear what the charge will be. "
