Cons: mostly very minor but annoying - tech issues in room, phone didn’t work, tv didn’t work just got blank menu screens (finally figured out you had to unplug and replug the tv power cord and that reset the tv channels and guide) wifi didn’t work using the provided password using...

"Our 2 night stay was great, and the staff were amazing! The only part we didn’t enjoy was that our king-sized mattress and sofa bed were not comfortable. I believe they’re updating many of the rooms and facilities, which is excellent, as these mattresses need an upgrade. 9/10"
