"Pleased overall with our stay. Ensuite was rather 'tight' but plenty of hot water and toiletries. Large double bed was a bit too soft for us. Overall well situated with easy access to the city with an excellent bus service. A big bonus was the free parking. "

"A fabulous stay, mainly down to the staff. It's a lovely hotel, with good food and their own gin, but the staff are so friendly and welcoming that it sets this hotel apart from others. We had a slight noise issue, which was resolved immediately by the night time reception team. The bar team served us quickly, whether it was wine or cocktails and the dining staff couldnt do enough for us. Checking in and out was perfect - everything explained and treated as friends. "The staff was overall very nice, although sometimes I did have some problems, I'm assuming with the new/novice employees. The breakfast was quite poor. I had also eaten at Arthur's (the student dining hall) and it was the same—even better than the hotel, actually. Another thing that I didn't like was the ventilation system in the bathroom. Other than that, a great stay. Thanks."

"Lovely room, ideal location. Breakfast was lovley and staff are very friendly. The room was clean and in very good condition. The radiator was on when we arrived however and it was so incredibly hot! Luckily it was easy to switch off and the window and fan helped cool the room down. "

"These are student rooms, which are rented out during summer break. The room is tiny, has a single bed, shelves, a desk, a small closet and small bathroom. Very small but clean and in good condition. There are shared kitchen and shared spaces with some lounging and games options. Overall, it's nice enough, albeit a bit pricey for the tiny room (and no room service or any cleaning throughout a week long stay!)."
