"Check-in instructions were difficult, had to request information several times. Once inside, the sofabed was broken. There were two of us, and I planned to sleep on the sofabed. I ended up booking a different hotel room nearby. Hotels.com argued with us and finally gave us a small compensation for our inconvenience but not enough to cover another room. Not a good experience.
