"Lady on reception when we checked in was very helpful. The room was VERY small - difficult to move around. We had no hot water the first morning but this was rectified during the day. Our booking included continental breakfast but we ended up only having toast after the first morning as it wasn't very nice & limited choice which was the same every day. "

"Very good value and service. Beware if you are relying on satnav to locate. Because of busgates it took a bit of finding. Council pay and display parking nearby but overnight only to 5am however street parking available after 6pm."

"The rooms are clean and cosy. Good fresh fry up in the morning. Dog friendly, although we didnt take ours. Very friendly staff, very helpful. Great parking and just off the A127. Would definitely recommend. "
