"The worst part was the service from this 4-star hotel! I can't believe this is the standard from Marriott. Our bad experience started right at check-in — they didn’t give us our room number (usually it's written on the key card packet, but they skipped that) and didn’t mention anything about the breakfast coupon. We had to go back and ask about that after we entered the breakfast room the next morning. The service at breakfast was honestly the worst I’ve ever experienced at any hotel. At first,...
