"The photos are not reflective of the property. It was notionally clean until you look a bit closer…the beds looked like someone slept in them already, furniture was damaged, there’s no table tennis table, the outdoor furniture was filthy, the pool had glass on the paving around it. It was gross. We stayed one night until we could find another place (as Stayz never contacted me to find an alternative place). "

"We enjoyed our stay.It was quite,near the shops and beach.A lovely area.The only thing wrong was that we couldn't find an outside rubbish bin."

"Enjoyable stay for our family of five including two small dogs. House has everything you need, neat and compact. Secure fencing front and back for the dogs too. Convenient to Beaumaris Concourse and Cheltenham train station and also the beach is close by. Would stay again. Thank you!"

"Booked this accommodation while we were rennovating our house. Close to school and shops. Enough space to park two cars. Good quality heating and cooling. Towels, sheets and linen is good. Kitchen is fully stocked with enough pots, pans, plates and cutlery to easily cater for a family of 4 or more. All appliances work. Washer/dryer combo works well too. Small backyard shared with the granny flat which is rented out separately. Some road noise due to fronting onto lower Dandenong Rd but...

An extremely clean and well kept property, with a comfy bed too.For us, the location was absolutely perfect as we were visiting family nearby in the suburbs of Melbourne and if we wanted to go into the city, the train was just a short walk away.Katie was extremely responsive before and during our stay. If we had any questions, she responded immediately.Very highly recommended indeed."

"Great location, safe, secure, quiet but the property is tired and needs some maintenance and updating inside and out. The online photos and descriptions are out of date; the current condition of this property is very different to what they advertise. Not worth the money!"
