"Property was in great location and had great amenities. Parking was a bit difficult to locate upon arrival. Linen needs to be upgraded. Throw blanket on couch was stained. "

"New condition, coffee machine leaking could not use. floor didn't seem totally clean, but generally clean, nice bedsheets etc were clean. broken piece wood over laundry door area, facilities ok. Foxtel, Netflix but no free to air tv. Parking extra $15 but stacker which can break down, so did not risk. Street Parking is only 1 Hour limit, so had to take a risk over the weekend, which many people did, not good at all. Staff were nice. had to let us in by appointment."

"This property was perfect for myself and dog Max, for an interim stay while waiting to relocate to Gold Coast. The area was great, lots of coffee shops and interesting dining options. The apartment was small but cosy, bed comfortable and had everything that I needed."

"My partner and I had the unfortunate position of having to move for a few weeks whilst our rental had to do a bathroom renovation due to some leaks. The property manager for this property was very accomodating and responsive to our needs and when the property couldn’t be rented to us anymore they were quick to find suitable accomodating for the remaining time. Upstairs living and dining space with balcony access and stunning views

"The apartment was a perfect size for the family of 6. The only thing that would've been better was extra towels and blankets. There were no extra blankets and only 1 towel per person. A hand rail on the stairs to go up and down would've been great for safety and the pin pad for the garage was sticky and not registering the numbers you needed to access the garage. The corner cupboard with the wine glasses needs some adjustments as it is nearly falling off. Otherwise a great place!"

"Big and spacious, clean and beautiful looking. The location is great. Across the street from a beautiful park, very close to a main road but far enough to be quiet and relaxing. Many shops, restaurants etc. very nearby, a tram line within a few minutes walk."

"Everything was as advertised and Peter was responsive and communicative. The apartment was clean and everything worked well.The only thing people should know is that the WiFi gets very weak during the day when I suppose the network is congested. Early in the morning, it was great every day, but as the day went on it would get weaker to the point of often being basically unusable. I say this not to criticize (I have no idea whether it's because the owner subscribes to a low tier or whether it's...
