"Just an overnight stay but the room was very clean and nicely presented. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was good with everything provided and nice towels. Tea and coffee ( Not packets) and fresh milk was a bonus Would recommend."

"Lovely room. Easy access. Proper Hot water and heating unlike many places these days which was a Godsend. Lovely breakfast room and the whole place beautifully clean. 24 hour soft drinks and snacks available which meant my 3am snack fest eliminated my hangover. Thanks Jo & Buzz! See you next time :)"

"Our stay was fine for the short time we were there as a place to lay our heads but for the price we paid I was a little disappointed. In all honesty The beds felt like a horse has broken them in, we have all woken up with sore backs today so definitely need adjusting (or even a mattress topper) the curtains were very thin so we were all woken up with the light first thing which was also frustrating as we wanted to make the most of the rest. "Birds farm is a lovely place to stay for the local Essex or Sussex area. Very quiet in the evenings, despite being just off a busy road.
