"Check in was quick and easy. Room was clean with a full sized fridge. Reserved a queen bed room and recieved a double queen room which was a nice surprise. Beds were comfortable. I have stayed at this hotel many times for dance competitions and have yet to be disappointed. Planning on staying there again."

"The room was not cleaned during our entire three-day stay. The railing to the steps to our room was not fastened properly and wiggled loosely. Fortunately, this was on the building side. The room was very hot when we arrived due to a heater in the hallway which was on. The shower door was installed in a way that made it difficult to turn the shower on while not under the cold water! "

"I was on a bike trip and needed a cheap place to la to my head. The motel fit the description. Old, dated no frills motel that had clean sheets and a shower. Didn't need anything else. I prefer motels because you can park your bike/vehicle outside the door for security and ease of packing. Place was used by construction workers. "

"Stayed there two times in one month, as I had to come down for meetings, a beautiful place to stay, clean and welcoming, loved the hot cookies served as an extra touch of love upon check-in. Love the big open concept and the multi-living room feel in the lobby. Also love the Starbucks on site! "

"Overall a good experience. +The hot water is actually hot; not just warm. +The tub has a plug so you can take a bath (I travel with my own plug from home because so many hotels don't have this). +Wifi internet is fast, reliable, and it just works. It doesn't do that annoying thing of bringing you to a sign on page every x number of hours. +Room temperature controls are simple and work great. +Breakfast is good. +Bed is very comfortable and the room is very quiet. I can't really think of any negatives. I wish the price was lower, but it's a great hotel overall."

Fantastic Hotel

"My husband and I were there to visit family. We had always stayed at the Holiday Inn on Albert South while visiting family but could not get a specific room (king suite) for the time we were there. We tried Royal Hotel - no king suites were available either but we grabbed a room with 2 queen beds. From now on this is our favorite hotel! It is very quite, all the staff were pleasant and very accommodating and the breakfast was fantastic. Can't say enough about it - I would certainly recommend this hotel."

Excellent stay Again

"Our favorite hotel in Regina! Check in is always smooth and friendly, love the rooms, especially the two bedroom Whitmore Suite with the view of downtown. We were celebrating my husbands birthday and the treats they delivered were an appreciated surprise! We even had housekeeping service on the Saturday, which is a rare treat these days with most hotels opting not to provide service during the stay. The ambiance and decor is always relaxing and comfortable, with close parking and fast elevators. We really can't say enough positives. The steak supper on the Friday evening was delicious, along with the rhubarb drink the server recommended to my husband for his birthday! We will definitely be back!"
