"Clean. . Our television wasn’t working and Beverly came to our room to try and get it to work. She couldn’t and offered to put us in another room. We didn’t have to move because the tv started working. Ice machine wasn’t working and Beverly said she had no ice for us. We had to go to 2 different stores to find and pay for ice"

They were the first ever to give me a call to confirm reservations and ask when I would be arriving, to ensure my room would be ready. The whole experience was awesome.
