"Overall, our stay was nice. The location was great and the check-in process was super simple and convenient. However, there were stains on our bedding, the shower heads were very dirty, and there were lots of bugs inside. This time of year, I understand that bugs are kind of inevitable, but we were really disappointed in the cleanliness overall."

"The inside is much better than how it looks outside. It was very clean and served our purpose. The bathroom sink was a bit small and the shower had amazing water pressure but unfortunately when we were leaving on Sunday one of us has to take a cold shower. "

"My 21 year old daughter, 19 year old son, dog, and my husband and I enjoyed Pepin for the first time over the weekend. We loved how close we were to the marina and beach! Our dog had a great time swimming. We walked around the cute town, then drove to the winery which was amazing. The sleeping arrangements were a bit tight for us, but we managed with a blow up bed that was brought over. The fences in yard was perfect for our dog. We really enjoyed this beautiful area! Thank you!"

"Super clean, and convenient location. Fall colors were spectacular up and down both sides of the lake and waterways. Some restaurants were closed M-T-W, but everything was in full swing for the weekend."

"We spent 12 days at this property. Connor was easy to get ahold of and responded very quickly to our minor questions. We were in Rochester for mayo appts and I recommend this apartment for convenience to the facility as well as the comfort. The living room furniture and beds were awesome after a long day of appts to kick your feet up and relax. Would highly encourage this apartment and any property of Connors if it is even remotely as nice as this. The only issue was the building exterior door...
