"We arrived at the condo and it smelled bad. The refrigerator had old stuff left in it. It had not been wiped out the hall closet smelled of cat urine. Every bed had trash and hair in the bed. The downstairs half bathroom had dried blood on the floor and dried urine on the lid of the toilet. The floors had not been swept or mopped. The upstairs hall bathroom tub had black dirt in it. Trash piled up outside the back door. I would never rent from this host ever again. The host said she would refund...

"I needed housing for a wok obligation at the Mayo Clinic. This checked off all my boxes. Great Location, Amenities, and Security I was looking for. Will be sure to book again if I'm back in the Jacksonville area. "

"We booked a weekend stay and when we arrived the host was no where to be found and would not answer any phone calls or messages. Vrbo helped us get a hotel for one night but we are still waiting for a refund. Awful experience. Vrbo needs to take this listing down. Its either a scam or something has happened to the host."

"Nice stay. Address different than stated on the site. Clothes were still in the washer, and the dishwasher was not ran for the dirty dishes. But overall everything was nice and comfortable and quiet for the most part, except for during the day pool noise, hallway noise(apt right outside the elevator) and noisy above neighbors."
