"Ann was great! The B&B is just a wonderful place with beautiful grounds. The room was spacious and quiet. We asked for extra bedding and were graciously accommodated. The breakfast was wonderful and so were the staff! We would definitely stay here again!"

Only downside was the maintenance works going on throughout the external area from car park building, painting external walls and Jurassic park was brilliant but also very much under construction. "We got a free upgrade on our room which was a Fantastic start to our stay. They also left a beautiful happy birthday note for my husband and chocolates. Such a thoughtful gesture. The male bar staff were in particular so polite and genuinely helpful. They gave me a large bottle of table water to bring to my room complimentary when I asked if I could buy a bottle of water. Our room was huge with a balcony. We used the jacuzzi, sauna and steam room and tropical shower with the LED lights. So cool!...

"This was our second time staying here because we loved it so much the first time. But we were a little disappointed this time. Staff lost a part of our luggage and had a rude staff member for a late greeting (11pm) at door and wouldn’t let us order room service. All in all would stay again as location and parking are great! "

"Lovely hotel and friendly staff. They couldnt do enought for us. Breakfast is a bit manic if you leave it until going about 9.30 (10 O Clock finish) and can be waiting a while for cooked food. A later finish time I think would solve this."
