"The hotel was nice, the only upsetting part was when you’re coming down in the morning with your suitcase to leave you’d like to go to Starbucks to get a coffee, but the security people are told you’re not allowed to go past the line to go get a cup of coffee because it’s part of the casino and I think that’s really stupid. They should create a line That allows you to get coffee in the morning and it doesn’t affect the security line for your luggage."

"The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The elevator was out, and I was on the second floor, but I didn't mind the walk. Unfortunately, I was near the stairs door and had to hear it slam shut many times. There was a door that was left open on the side of the building leading to the stairs, which is a security risk. The air in the hall and in the room smelled bad. This hotel is supposed to be smoke-free, but I'm pretty sure there was some smoking going on."

"This place is so unique and absolutely beautiful. So much detail in the decorating and design, it’s truly breathtaking if you love all things Auburn, like I do!! Everything about the hotel and stay was wonderful. We will definitely be back here again very soon! "

"Family owned and operated flipped property. Incredible customer service. Although a bit rough around the edges, would be a fun date night or family road trip stop, wouldn't bring tje judgy mother in law. "

"Nicky, the manager, was as personable as she was available to assist. The property is not near downtown Montgomery, so the added cost of transportation (car rental or Uber) should be factored in. Still, it’s a clean, quiet, and comfortable stay. "
