"Beautiful Hamptons atmosphere with great rooms /suite with modern living rooms with gliding doors facing the secure fenced grounds were my dog could walk freely. Each suite comes with a semi private beautiful furniture patio area to relax and enjoy sunset. My daughter and I loved it. "

"This was the first rental property I have ever stayed in that I needed to second and triple check that I hadn't inadvertantly walked into the wrong address. The amenities and quality of items in the house made it feel like a home, not just a house. Michael and Julie were incredible and responded to us so promptly with any and all questions. "Check in went super smoothly and the manager (?) was extremely helpful in giving my son and I recommendations for dinner. We stayed for my son's soccer game, which was located less than 3 miles down the road. Is this a plush high end hotel? No, but I did not expect it to be. Is this a clean affordable motel with a super convenient location and everything you need for a short stay? Yes, to the point my light socks had nothing on them from walking around in them which cannot be said about many places. The only cons we noticed were low shower pressure. The rooms are a tad dark, but we prefer it that way so we were glad for this. Would stay here again."

"My family of 6 and I stayed here for the Thanksgiving holiday. My 80 yr old parents live in Southampton but we decided to rent instead of burdening them w/guests. The house had a great layout on the first floor w/everything needed for the holiday, which was great. Walkable to town and Tate's Bake Shop, definitely a plus. Beautiful neighborhood. Some bumps, though: we struggled with getting into the house; no front door key given -- we accessed the home through a garage side-door electronic lock. Was an underwhelming arrival for over a thousand dollars/night in the off season, to be honest, and it took us 2 days to finally figure out the finicky lock. Heat: we were instructed to keep the heat no higher than 70* in the book of house rules, but it was in the 20's when we visited, and this was not realistic as the thermostat struggled to even stay at 67. The house was chilly. The owner was polite and apologetic but nevertheless, it made for a cold vacation. 4th bedroom: The 4th bed is directly off the master. We planned to use all the bedrooms for our kids, but what teenagers want to be connected to their parents' bedroom, and vice versa! And that bedroom, located over garage, was very cold. No one ended up sleeping there. If we'd brought friends with us, this would have been a pickle. All in all, I would stay here again in warm weather and with fewer children/no need for that 4th bedroom. It's a beautiful home and feels welcoming. Spotless as well! "

"We loved our stay! The location was perfect for our family, so easy to walk to town, close to the beach and easy to get to other towns. House was perfect as well, we didn’t get to enjoy the outdoors due to rain but loved the indoor space. Plenty of places to hang and enjoy/relax. Hoping to visit again soo!"
