"the cabin is private once you are inside you face the woods but it is off route 32, if you use the hot tub you are facing woods which gives you privacy. I wanted a quiet weekend to celebrate my girlfriend's Bday which the cabin did suit that purpose otherwise not much to do in the local town of Cairo you blink you'll miss it. "We ended up not staying. The description says it is a cabin, it is an old manufactured home (mobile home). When we pulled in there was items scattered around the yard, the grass hadn’t been mowed. When we got to the first step the wood need to be replaced. There were holes in the soffit. Once inside the couches looked old and dingy. The inside needed to be spruced up. I contacted the property owner and told her our concerns. Her response was “Things and furnitures are as in the pictures posted...

"This home is every bit as charming as the pictures! My 10 year old really enjoyed the basket of goodies, activities and coloring. My kids also enjoyed playing in the yard and the badminton set. The upstairs deck was perfect for relaxing and star gazing. The location is great with an easy walk into town for breakfast or dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"We come up to Windham every year for a big family reunion. This house was perfect for my family since we had 9 of us this year.it was more rooms than we needed but the house looked beautiful in the VRBO listing so we gave it a try. We were not disappointed. The house itself was very comfortable for all of us. 3 of the bedrooms were suites with bathrooms in them which was so great The views from the house both during the day and at night were amazing.
