"After hours check-in was very easy. Room condition was good but some pillow covers did not seem to have been changed since the last use. No water bottles provided. Air from A/C in one of the bedrooms was stink so could not use it which was quite inconvenient."

"I have stayed at the Oaks Gateway Townsville several times before and have always been impressed with the standard of service, quality of accommodation and location. This was my first time in a studio apartment and I was not disappointed. The room was spacious, in very good condition and had a fabulous outlook. Customer service is always a priority and nothing is too much trouble for Steven and Jamie on Reception. There are numerous dining options on Palmer Street and getting into the City...

"What I didn’t like I have gone for a swim about 2 years ago and back again and had a lot of trouble getting out of the pool with nothing to hang onto it definitely needs a rail for the elderly guess. Thanks Donna "
