"It was as advertised. Excellent public transportation option. They were celebrating 20th anniversary and the furniture was showing that age. However, the mattresses, linens, towels, toiletries and lobby were exceptional. The staff was very accommodating."

"Located in center of Richmond BC with numerous Asian restaurants nearby, all within walking distance. Carpet is worn out but is being replaced a floor at a time. Stayed here quite a few times, will definitely come back again."

"I stay here quite often when flying through Vancouver. My only complaint is that when checking in, the man that served me announced my room number clearly, for everyone to hear. For safety reasons, this is not good practice for a woman travelling alone. The room number is clearly written on the outside of key, no need for saying out loud. It did make me feel a bit unsafe. I hope that you practice this procedure for future visits "
