"We stayed here as it was close to the wedding venue we were attending and didn’t seem too expensive. Easy to find and park park at. Check in was easy and the room was spacious and I was grateful for the kettle and teabags/milk and use of hairdryer and ironing board. The downside was the bars downstairs. "All in all nice little cottage for a couple and good as was pet friendly to go up Durham to visit our son up uni and take our dog to see him too. Cottage was nice a little place although i think the tv was slightly too high on wall. As we arrived there were 3 plumbing vans parked outside so had to park out side another cottage for bout hour n half till they moved their vans after going in pub at front of cottages before parking own car then outside our own cottage.
