"The room was very comfortable and had all the things I needed. Coffee is very important to me and they had ample supply and it was delish. The bed was super comforable and the temp of the room was just perfect. The bathroom amenities were very pleasing with the orange fragrance. The steakhouse was excellent and the pool delightful. I was super delighted to stay there."

"Great hotel in Reno. Very nice room, comfortable bed, excellent free breakfast, and I enjoyed the pool, hot tub and exercise room. It was quiet and in a good safe location. The check in process was slow with several people trying to check in and only one staff person at the desk. But we really enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel. "

"Simple location for what we needed for a gymnastics competition. Lovely staff and even with the construction very welcoming. Great location close to the airport and freeway. Will definitely stay again in the future. "

"It’s a very good property. It looks either new or remodeled recently. Great breakfast! Room is not very big, but it’s big enough. Close to movie theater and grocery shopping if needed. Good for families because it’s a suite. Only downside is that sometimes the road traffic is noisy at night. "

"The room was clean and the bathroom was exceptionally clean. The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. I asked for a first-floor room and received one, however the first floor is actually half a stairway down from the parking lot at the back of the building. And the second floor is half a stairway up. "I had a wonderful stay at this Holiday Inn Express Reno Airport by IHG! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The location is peaceful and safe, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. The hotel was also spotlessly clean, which really added to the comfort of my stay. Highly recommend!"

"Extremely unique upscale accommodations. Upgrading us to a 2 bedroom was much appreciated. Our key fob worked for part of the shared amenities like pool and pool area bathrooms, but only worked occassionally to access the health club. Parking was a little confusing as far as directions were concerned. While the buildings looked nice, the overall sound barrier quality was lacking. Thank you for a good quality stay nonetheless. "
