"Very nice building with an excellent location. This is not a hotel property and there is no service like extra towels or even toilet paper. Sofa bed is not comfortable when used as a bed. Parking is convenient, but very pricey. "

"Maintenance lacking, stovetop inop. Problem with toilet clogs. Kitchen sink is leaking unless turned very hard. Trouble checking in at first, but clerk finally found envelope with my name on it with key. Need to find better way to ensure easier check in. Although it seems I am being kind of hard on them, all in all stay was ok. "

"There is a very long online check in process where they request all your documents to be scanned and uploaded, including a selfie. This is supposed to be used for facial recognition to access the building and common areas such as the pool and gym. However the selfies never worked and we only got in the building because the doormen would check our names and open the door every time. We were never able to access the amenities. There is no person from Charlie to assist you. Any questions or...

"A acomodações são otimas. Quarto/prédio tem tudo que se precisa. A área é realmente fraca caso se queira sair a pé para comer, principalmente a noite (não recomendado!). Mas é bem central e Uber não levava mais do que 2-3 minutos para chegar."

"This place is great if you want to stay a few nights. However if you have a long stay they charge extra for a cleaning and for extra towels. Not like regular hotels. But other than that the room is spacious the view is pleasant, it has a small kitchen which is great for breakfast and a market right outside. The location is great and the access is very easy. I would stay there again."

"Staff is excellent. Location is great. Apartment on the first floor in front of a construction site that is a mosquito’s nest. Mosquitos invaded the room in the first night, so we bought repelent for the second night. Furniture is old also. We would get back to Il Campanário but in another apartment. "

Hotel das Cataratas, A Belmond Hotel, Iguassu Falls

Fabulous Belmond

"Beautiful hotel in the National Park, steps away from the walk along the river, with fantastic views of Iguasu Falls. Superb breakfast, very comfortable room, spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Great choice of dining - one gripe is that we were unexpectedly charged for filtered water at dinner (despite the fact that they freely hand out cans of water throughout the day, and provide 2 big bottles of filtered water at turn-down each night). We were able to catch the free shuttle (they run every 20 mins) to the gates and then a short walk to the Bird Park (the concierge organized our tickets in advance) which was most enjoyable. Hotel thoroughly recommended - not cheap but well worth the splurge!"
