On checkin there was only 1 towel & 1 water in the room but after a phone call housekeeping quickly brought the 2nd. Tishan is an excellent front desk rep. Super friendly, thorough & helpful. My booking said free breakfast which they don't do anymore but he honored it & put a note in our reservation so it wouldn't be an issue at checkout, and it wasn't. "The hotel is beautiful, our room was amazing and clean. Super comfortable bed. Plenty of space. The staff at this hotel are all nice and friendly , and if you are lucky at check in you will get Blondell. She greats you like you are old friends and makes you feel so welcome. Would definitely recommend staying here for couples or families . Full kitchen in the room as well made out stay even better . "
