"OMG where do I start. This is the most amazing, secluded property in paradise. My daughter treated me for my 60th birthday. Everything about this this stay was over the top. The property owner Richard stayed in contact up until arrival. The property manager Mr.Franklin was a godsend. He arranged a chef for my daughter and I and the food was outstanding. He arranged for our trip to Nevis and made sure we were looked after. We even got a tour of the marketplace. We felt like family. This place was outstanding and literally on the water. I would go back in a heartbeat. The villa was clean and spacious, and the bed was super comfy. I can't thank you all enough for an amazing stay. The decor was amazing and definitely had a women's touch to it. I also arranged for a local mobile massage therapist that gave me a heavenly massage on the balcony to sound of the crashing waves. "We stayed at this magnificent property for 1 week in November 2024 and truly enjoyed every minute. As many of the other reviews already mention the location is fantastic and perfect for some time to disconnect, relax and explore. Our favorite was the amazing views to Nevis and the mornings, just when the sun rises and make this place magical. Turtle Beach was not for us and we didn't snorkel or hang out there, we preferred Cockleshell beach as the beach is wider, water better suited for kids and Reggae Beach Bar was great also. You do need a vehicle do explore the island and renting from Dwayne was as simple as it gets. Highly recommend to rent from him - Bullseye Auto Rental. He will meet you at the airport when you arrive and when you depart, very easy and smooth process. During our stay we rented a cabana at the Park Hyatt for a day, very nice place basically around the corner from Cockleshell beach. A bit pricey but worth it for a day - finished the evening with dinner at Spice Mill! We also took the Scenic Railway Tour around the island, which was a great experience. If you plan to visit St. Kitts you simple can't do any better than staying at Wayne & Annie's Villa!"

"Had an awesome stay. The staff was excellent. I couldn’t catch the ferry at the time I wanted to (6am) so I had to make multiple trips to the ferry terminal and office to sort my tickets out. The staff offered to take me (free of charge) and each time they waited for me. They told me I didn’t have to check out so early so they gave me access to the room again. When it was time to check out at noon, they told me I could stay in the lobby since the ferry didn’t depart until 5pm. I was so appreciative of their kindness. I will definitely stay there again "
