"Everything was great except the parking. Had to park 2nd vehicle a block away at the library. 2nd parking is reserved for the smaller/seperate part of the unit. We stayed at the 3 bedroom 1 bath side. Place was clean, comfortable, cozy and fully equipped to feel like home away from home."

"We enjoyed the beautiful view and the great location. The house was welcoming and comfortable. The back deck was awesome. The little extras like coffee pods and the games were very much appreciated. Due to the age of the home, the bathrooms were small with very limited counter space and older features, which did create minor issues with comfort. We were able to adapt. Overall, we had a great time."

"Our stay at Cocoa Beach was perfect. The home was indeed walking distance to the beach and many local food/drink locations. Everything in the listing was exactly how we found it. We especially loved the ping pong table!We were please with how engaged and responsive Brian was through the entire process.
