"Everything's new and our stay was a pleasure. Staff & service is great. Impeccably clean and should serve as role model for all hotels on how stays should be and the value provided and deserving for customers. Only small gripe is they charge for cooking utensils and it doesn't spell that out clearly at the time of booking. Regardless, I'll give this hotel a best rating and I hope they can help avoid the unrealistic expectation that customers need to bring their own utensils with them which otherwise are offered by other hotels without any extra fees in many other stays with a kitchen during trip especially in areas closer to the Las Vegas strip. One small change can go a long way. I appreciate the upkeep of the hotel and hope to see the same place the same way with the same professional service again in the future when I return. "
