We didn't like that only had 1 elevator. Shower curtain rod fell off. Towel bar fell off. Not enough rubbish bags. Dirty linens. Pocket door to bathroom too heavy and scraping screws. Shower handle falling off. Grab bar to enter tub not secure. Front desk needs better training in phone answering and knowledge of property.

Good large room to bring along the kids to vegas, off tge strip so it quiet, except for the loud heater when it turn on, nice facilities with pools, one is open and heater during winter, end of dec when we visited.

Although the property is clean and beautiful the furniture in my villa was broken. The sofa bed was unable to be used for sleep or for sitting purposes. I called front desk and they were able to accommodate me to another room similar to mine and although the sofa bed was in much better condition we noticed the dining table was also broken and the Jacuzzi upstairs in the balcony was very dirty. I will stay here again and give one more chance to see if things are better my next visit
