"We, loved the house. It was comfortably laid out, had every kitchen device you could want and a lovely private area out back to dine or relax. Chris was a fantastic host, answered all our questions promptly and was very informative about the area. The house is within walking distance of the CBD, the Botanic Gardens, the market and the Ian Potter centre which has outstanding aboriginal art. All in all a perfect place for us. Thank you Chris"

Street parking permit included and good availablility of parking spaces. Highly recommended city apartment just 2 min walk to the South Melbourne Market."
