"Its not our first time here and we always enjoy the location and premises, however I do have one constructive criticism to make. We booked a poolside room and reasonably expected a room with a patio onto the pool as we have had before. On checking in I was told that we are on the second floor, when I queried that I was told that the ground floor was booked out weeks ago but the second floor was available also with a view over the pool. Thats not what I wanted and the booking was not clear at all. The rooms over the pool should be advertised as "pool view rooms" so that it is clear when you book. If the pool side rooms were all full when I booked, fair enough, but then dont tell me that the second floor rooms are the same as the ground floor. Also we had elderly parents with us who cant use the stairs so in the end we had to move to the main building with am lift. I ask that the management here be clearer with descriptions of the rooms. "

"My friends and I booked this place as an emergency stay as we had been hit by a massive wave and all our belongings were wet or broken. It was a fun campsite as we stayed in a cabin. They had a super fun games room and everything so we weren’t bored. The only issue I have is the laundry situation, they have a laundry room which is great but it only takes gold coins. When we got there there was no reception or staff available and so we had to ask people to change our notes for coins, also we realised that you can only get laundry detergent from the front desk but no one was there. I think they should add a change machine as well as a vending machine for laundry supplies as it would take the stress off the customers and staff. Overall though good stay"

"These are not apartments. These are cabins. We stayed in the spa suit. I booked it to use the spa. Spa didnt get hot at all. Bed was average. All old furnishings. Unimpressive. Great location otherwise."
